Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 small chicory
- 1 m.-large cucumber(s)
- 1 class can/n corn (weight 125g)
- 100 g sour cream
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard, more to taste
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- 1 tbsp herbs, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the chicory. Dice or grate the cucumber. For the dressing, mix everything together and season to taste. Mix all the salad ingredients together and serve in bowls or a serving dish after letting it marinate briefly.
