Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicory
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Fondor
  • garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 100 ml sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the chicory and cut into strips, then soak in cold water for about 30 minutes. Hard-boil the eggs, then separate them. Mash the egg yolks with vinegar and oil and add the spices, mustard, and cream. Finely chop the egg whites and add them to the sauce. Now add the well-drained chicory pieces.
