Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g chicory
- 100 g apple
- ½ banana(s)
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of ginger powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
For the sauce, peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Mix with yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with ginger powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Trim the chicory and cut it into half rings. Dice the apple. Mix both with the sauce and season again.
