Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ celeriac
- 1 apple
- 4 large carrots
- 1 can pineapple
- some lemon juice
- 1 cup of yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the celery, carrots, and apple and drizzle with lemon juice. Drain the pineapple. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and spices. Grate the celery, carrots, and apple into thin strips and mix with the yogurt dressing and pineapple pieces.
