Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 chicory
- 1 apple
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g natural yogurt
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- 2 tbsp walnuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the chicory stalks lengthwise, remove the stems, and cut the chicory into strips. Peel the apple and banana and cut both into small pieces. Mix with the chicory strips. Make a salad dressing with oil, lemon juice, yogurt, walnuts, salt, pepper, and curry powder and mix with the chicory, apple, and banana mixture. Sprinkle with the walnuts.
