Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicory
- 150 g ham, cooked
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tbsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with cooked ham and egg yolk dressing
Quarter the chicory, remove the stalk (it will make the salad bitter otherwise), and cut into 2-3 cm pieces. Cut the cooked ham into 2-3 cm pieces (or into strips if desired). Place the egg yolks in a bowl and whisk lightly, then mix with sour cream, oil, and sugar. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add to the chicory and cooked ham and mix well, then sprinkle with parsley.
