Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 m.-large chicory
- 4 small pieces of pineapple
- ½ small banana(s)
- 1 small tangerine(s)
- ½ small apple
- ½ small pear(s)
- 80 g mixed dried fruits (e.g. apricots, dates, figs, plums)
- 100 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
- e.g. lemon juice
- e.g. agave syrup

Cut the chicory into rings, discarding any hard or inedible parts, and wash the chicory. Prepare the fruit for cooking (wash, peel, core, etc.) and cut into bite-sized pieces, just like the dried fruit. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with lemon juice and agave syrup, if desired.
