Chicory salad with Roquefort

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicory
  • 50 g blue cheese (Roquefort)
  • 7 walnuts
  • Vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • olive oil
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • Sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the chicory into strips and remove the bitter stalk. Crumble the Roquefort and sprinkle over the cheese, chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the cheese. Make a vinaigrette with the vinegar and olive oil and season with sea salt and pepper. Mix everything together. It doesn’t look very pretty, but it tastes delicious.
