Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicory
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 tsp chicken broth, instant powder
  • some pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the sausage into small cubes and fry in hot oil. Add the sliced ​​chicory, stock powder, and pepper and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the cream cheese to the pan and let it melt. I serve it with black bread.
