Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large chicory, 300 g
- 1 tomato(s)
- 50 g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar di Modena
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- n. B. Pepper, black
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop and wash the chicory. Wash the tomato, remove the stem, and cut it into slices, wedges, or cubes. Dice the feta. For the dressing, combine all ingredients and season to taste. Add more water if desired. Arrange the salad in a bowl or plates and pour the dressing over it.
