- 100 g butter
- 1 large banana(s)
- 200 g corn flour

Beat the butter with a hand mixer until fluffy, slice the banana, add it to the butter, and mix well. Then stir in the cornflour and knead into a smooth dough. Form into a small ball and flatten slightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes.
