Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 points lasagna sheet(s)
  • 700 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 pkt. herb cream cheese
  • 500 g creamed spinach
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Herbs, dried
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 100 g cheese (grated cheese)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Brown the ground beef until crumbly, season with salt, garlic, dried basil/thyme/oregano, and sliced ​​spring onions. Mix the herb cream cheese, spinach, and crème fraîche, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. First, spread a layer of cream cheese mixture on the bottom of the baking dish, cover with lasagna sheets, then layer the ground beef, lasagna sheets, tomato sauce, etc. in the dish. Finish with tomato sauce and spread the cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes. I made lasagna sheets using Stachel65’s pasta recipe. The lasagna can be prepared in advance and then baked hours later.
