Children’s Penguin Cake
The perfect children’s penguin cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the cake base
- 6 Eggs Separate
- 200 g Sugar
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Food starch
- 25 g Cocoa powder
- 1 Baking powder
Besides
- 20 20 Kinderpingui (aus dem Kühlregal)
- 4 gr Bananas (cut into slices)
- 800 ml Whipped cream
- 1 bag Vanilla sugar
- 1 Pck Chocolate sprinkles
- For the cake base: separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually pour in the sugar. Carefully stir in the egg yolks, mix in the flour with cornstarch, cocoa or baking powder and fold in. Place the dough in a springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes. Chopstick sample ……. Let cool down and cut into three parts.
- Mash the children’s pingui with a fork and mix with the 400 ml whipped cream.
- Place the first cake base around the edge of a springform pan, spread half of the banana slices on top. Then spread half of the children’s penguin cream mixture on top. Put the second cake base on top and do the same again. The third cake base is just placed on top.
- Now whip the next 400ml cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and mix with the chocolate sprinkles. Carefully remove the edge of the springform pan from the cake ….. Now spread the chocolate sprinkle cream around the entire cake.
- Since I still had children’s penguins left, I put a few more pieces on the cake! I baked this cake for my sweetheart, which he will take with him to the boss’s round tomorrow. Wish all bosses bon appetite
