Children's rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g wheat flour (type 405 or 550)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some milk for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

without yeast, quick to prepare, makes about 8 pieces.

Combine the quark, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift into the quark mixture. Mix everything well. Now form about 8 rolls and brush with milk. Bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes. I call them children’s rolls because they’re so easy for children to make, and because they’re so sweet, they’re often eaten without toppings.
