Crispy spring rolls filled with spicy cheese and minced meat and jalapeños, makes 20 servings

Season the meat with the teriyaki sauce and fry in a little oil until cooked through, breaking up any lumps of meat. Grate the cheese and mix with the finely chopped onion, tomatoes, jalapeños, and cooled ground meat. For the glue, mix the cornstarch with the water. Optionally, spread a little chipotle sauce on each spring roll wrapper, then fill each with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the cheese and ground meat mixture, spread the glue around the edges, and then roll up. Fry the spring rolls for about four minutes at 175°C (350°F) and drain well on paper towels.
