Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 jar onion(s) (pearl onions)
  • 1 gr. can/n kidney beans
  • 2 gr. can/n beans (chilli beans)
  • 1 bottle of ketchup
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • Chili powder (chilli powder mix)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Coolcals chili

Brown the minced meat in oil. Slice the onion into rings, thinly slice the gherkin, and thinly slice the bell pepper. Add the prepared vegetables to the minced meat and roast everything for 5 minutes. Then add the corn, pearl onions, kidney beans, and chili beans and mix everything together. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and chili powder. Add the entire bottle of ketchup and add enough water to just cover everything. Stir everything thoroughly and simmer for 40 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent burning. Season again with salt, pepper, sugar, and chili before serving.
