Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 800 g minced beef
  • 2 class can/n tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 small cans of kidney beans
  • 2 small cans of corn
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

in my own way

Fry the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly and brown. Lightly fry the diced onion. Clean, wash, and chop the bell peppers and add them to the minced onion mixture. Add all the remaining ingredients, except the corn and beans, and stir in Tabasco to taste. Simmer gently for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Rinse the beans and corn in a sieve, add them, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
