Chili Cream

The perfect chili cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Green chilli fresh or frozen
  • 50 ml Vinegar
  • 150 ml White wine dry
  • 1 Pc. Fresh ginger about 3cm
  • 3 Pc. Garlic fresh
  • 3 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  1. Chop the chili peppers, ginger and garlic, cook with white wine and vinegar in a saucepan for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the mixture in the pot with the magic wand, add the cayenne pepper and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, plus olive oil. If the mixture becomes too thick, add a little white wine.
  3. Fill the hot paste into prepared jars with screw caps,
  4. Doesn’t get old with us ….! 🙂
