Chili Cream
The perfect chili cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Green chilli fresh or frozen
- 50 ml Vinegar
- 150 ml White wine dry
- 1 Pc. Fresh ginger about 3cm
- 3 Pc. Garlic fresh
- 3 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 100 ml Olive oil
- Chop the chili peppers, ginger and garlic, cook with white wine and vinegar in a saucepan for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the mixture in the pot with the magic wand, add the cayenne pepper and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, plus olive oil. If the mixture becomes too thick, add a little white wine.
- Fill the hot paste into prepared jars with screw caps,
