Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 gr. can/n tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and dice the onion, and fry it in a pan with oil. Drain and rinse the corn and kidney beans. Add them to the onions and sauté. Dice the bell pepper and add them as well. Add the tomato puree and bring to a boil. Season to taste. This dish goes well with baked baguette or white bread. Vegetarian, simple, quick, and delicious—even kids will love it!
