Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg beetroot, pre-cooked, diced
  • ¾ jar Miracle Whip
  • 6 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 4 medium-sized gherkins, diced
  • 200 g walnuts, chopped
  • some salt
  • some black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

with grilled food, for garlic fans

Mix all ingredients well and let it steep for about 3-4 hours.
