Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 large onions, diced
- 400 g minced meat
- oil
- 2 medium-sized bell peppers, mixed, diced
- 1 chili pepper(s), finely diced
- 3 medium-sized tomatoes, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
- 2 tsp, heaped vegetable stock, granulated
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp thyme, shredded
- 1 tsp rosemary, shredded
- ¾ liter of water
- 2 small cans of white beans
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 small can of kidney beans
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Party soup
Fry the onions and ground beef in a little oil until the beef is brown and crumbly. Add all ingredients up to and including the water, bring the soup to a boil, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the tomato paste, beans, and mushrooms and bring the soup back to a boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
