Chilli and Cinnamon Drumsticks
The perfect chilli and cinnamon drumsticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Raw cane sugar
- 1 tsp Sea-Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0,5 tsp Espelette pepper
- 0,5 tsp Baking cocoa
- 1 tsp Balsamic white
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- Melt the butter and put it in a bowl and then add all the other ingredients, except for the drumsticks, and mix everything very well.
- Put the drumsticks in a freezer bag, add the marinade, close the freezer bag and knead the marinade well. Let the drumsticks soak in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Then put the drumsticks in a fire-proof dish and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 – 45 minutes, turning once halfway through.

- The drumsticks are also ideal for grilling. You can eat a lot – fresh baguettes, salads, etc.
