The perfect chilli con me recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cans Chopped tomatoes
- 2 Cans Sieved tomatos
- 1 500g Mixed minced meat
- Cinnamon powder, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, chili spice
- 1 kl Fresh onion
- 1 Can Corn
- 1 Can Red beans
- 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
- 100 ml Water (surface water)
- 2 gr Baguette slices
- 1 tsp Sour cream
- Chop the onion very small and sauté in a pan (translucent) Add the minced meat on the lowest level and a little salt.
- At the same time, put 100 ml of water in a saucepan and heat the 2gr tablespoons of vegetable stock and add the cans of tomatoes. Bring to the boil and add the spices. Chilli depending on the spiciness !!!!! BE CAREFUL with CINNAMON, please add a knife point. because cinnamon is very aromatic.
- Add the finished minced meat to the tomato sauce. the whole thing can now be cooked on the lowest setting for 1 hour (can also be longer, depending on the aroma, because the longer a tomato sauce cooks, the better it tastes)
- Put the beans in a colander, rinse with water and drain in the colander. The corn and beans for the tomato sauce. Mix well
