Ingredients

  • 750 g Frozen strawberries
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 3 Splash Lime
  • 4 sheet Gelatin
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 300 g Whipped cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 250 g Fresh strawberries
  • 10 Small strawberries as decoration if necessary

Instructions

  • Let the frozen strawberries thaw overnight or briefly put them in the microwave (should not get hot, just thaw them)
  • Puree the strawberries, then stir in the yogurt and sugar and add the sprinkles of lime.
  • Prepare the gelatin according to the packaging (e.g. soak normal gelatin briefly and liquefy in the microwave or simply stir in the instant gelatin) and stir in. For further processing, the mass must have started to gel.
  • Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold carefully into the strawberry mixture.
  • Wash, remove the stalk and dice the fresh strawberries. Pour the cubes into the glasses and pour the strawberry mixture on top. Then decorate, for example, with the small strawberries and chill for at least 2 hours.
