Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 chili peppers, red
  • 1 chili pepper(s), green
  • 4 sprigs of parsley, flat, leaves only
  • 1 sprig(s) oregano, leaves only
  • 1 sprig(s) mint, leaves only
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Steak sauce/dip

Finely chop the chilies and herbs and mix with the oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
