Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 chili peppers, red
- 1 chili pepper(s), green
- 4 sprigs of parsley, flat, leaves only
- 1 sprig(s) oregano, leaves only
- 1 sprig(s) mint, leaves only
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Steak sauce/dip
Finely chop the chilies and herbs and mix with the oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
