Paste for refining and seasoning Argentinian chili

This seasoning paste gives Argentinian dishes their typical flavor. Finely blend the ingredients, including salt and pepper, but without the water and parsley. Then add the warm water and mix well. Season to taste. Finally, stir in the torn, finely chopped parsley leaves. Stir one or more spoonfuls of this paste into the finished dish (e.g., chili) according to your taste. The paste will keep for a few weeks in the refrigerator.
