Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 5 carrots
- 6 potatoes
- some thyme stalks
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- some salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 spring onions
- Ginger
- curry

Finely chop the Chinese cabbage and briefly simmer in boiling broth. Slice the carrots and blanch them briefly. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, and slice them. Finely chop the onion and spring onion and briefly roast them. Finely chop the ginger and add them briefly. Place the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish. Mix the Chinese cabbage, carrots, the roasted onion mixture, and the fresh thyme. Spread it over the potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour the beaten eggs and seasoning over the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C for approximately 30 minutes.
