Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- ½ chili pepper(s)
- 15 g ginger
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
- Salt
- pepper

Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into approximately 5 cm wide strips. Slice the onion and sauté it in a wok with sesame oil. Add the finely chopped garlic, grated ginger, and diced chili pepper. Let everything cook briefly. Briefly fry the washed Chinese cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Simmer for a few minutes. The cabbage should still have some bite.
