Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-large Chinese cabbage
- 2 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 half lemon(s), the juice
- salt and pepper
- Sugar (honey)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the cabbage into thin strips, finely grate the carrots, and finely dice the onion. Season the yogurt with the juice, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Mix everything together and let it sit for a good 10 minutes. We like to eat it with barbecues or fish.
