  • 1 small can of soup (hunter’s soup)
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 small can of mushrooms, sliced
  • 150 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Flour
  • Herbs, mixed, dried,
  • Tarragon, dried
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the pork into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, coat lightly in flour, and brown in batches in hot clarified butter. Deglaze with half a cup of water. Add the hunter’s broth, peas, and mushrooms and simmer for a while. Season with cream and herbs. Serve with whole-wheat pasta.
