Chinese cabbage salad with milk

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 small Chinese cabbage
  • ½ liter of milk
  • some vinegar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Finely chop the Chinese cabbage. Add cold milk until the cabbage is completely covered. Add vinegar and salt as desired, then stir in the oil. Let the salad stand for a while and serve chilled.
