Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g sausage (Knipp)
- 3 large onions
- 2 Margherita pizzas
- 1 jar of pickles
- 1 pinch(s) of oregano
- 2 shots of oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel and slice the onions. Fry the Knipp in a pan with oil until golden brown. Meanwhile, bake the pizza according to the package instructions. Fry the onions in a pan with a drizzle of oil until translucent. Spread the Knipp on the pizza, then top with the onions. Sprinkle with oregano. Serve with a pickle.
