Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 large head of Chinese cabbage
- 1 cup(s) rice
- 2 liters of broth
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp Vegeta
- salt and pepper
- oil

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Dice the onions and sauté them with the crushed garlic in a little oil in a large pot. Add the minced meat and fry. Season with salt and pepper (I prefer Vegeta). Meanwhile, cook the rice in a separate pot as usual. Halve and finely chop the Chinese cabbage, wash, and set aside. Now add the broth to the minced meat and bring to a boil. Add the Chinese cabbage, cream, and turmeric. Season to taste and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. Serve with the rice.
