Chinese cabbage vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small Chinese cabbage
  • 3 small potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 125 ml soup
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper
  • some caraway
  • Parsley
  • 1 dashes vinegar
  • 1 dash of cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips. Peel and dice the potatoes. Finely chop the onion. Fry the diced onion in hot oil. Add the Chinese cabbage, stir well, and pour in the soup. Add the potatoes, season well, and simmer for about 15 minutes until soft. Mix the flour with water, thicken the vegetables, and bring back to a boil. Goes very well with stir-fries.
