Cut the meat into thin strips, marinate with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and let stand for 30 minutes. Cook the egg noodles in salted water for 2-3 minutes until al dente, drain, and set aside. Cut the cleaned vegetables into cubes, slices, or strips. Mix a sauce with 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, sambal oelek, curry powder, garlic paste, and water. Heat a wok or large, deep frying pan. Add 2 teaspoons of sesame oil and fry the marinated turkey strips for about 5 minutes. Add the bean sprouts and vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes (depending on the type of vegetable), stirring constantly. Rinse the noodles briefly with water (to prevent them from sticking together), add them, and fry everything for another 5 minutes. Stir frequently. Stir in the mixed sauce, let stand for another 2 minutes, season to taste, and serve in the wok. A delicious, low-calorie recipe. Only 4.5 points.
