Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sea salt
  • 3 chili peppers, dried
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 slice(s) ginger
  • 1 tbsp paprika flakes, green
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)

very good with fish and scampi

Peel the garlic cloves and ginger, cut into pieces, and dry in the oven. Scrape out the vanilla pod. Combine the vanilla seeds and pod with the sea salt in a food processor. Discard any remaining pod pieces. Combine the chili pepper, garlic, and ginger with the salt and grind finely. Add paprika flakes to taste. The amount of chili, garlic, and ginger can be varied according to preference. You can also use pre-dried garlic and ginger (perhaps in powder form), but the results are better if you dry them yourself. The salt goes very well with scampi and fried fish.
