Chinese Fried Noodles with Chicken, Egg and Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 125 g Wok noodles
  • 1 Handful Carrots cut into strips
  • 1 Handful Bean sprouts
  • 1 Handful Chopped leek
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped onions
  • 1 Egg whisked
  • 80 g Chicken meat
  • 0,25 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce, dark
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sesame oil
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Working time: approx. 20 min. / Cooking / baking time: approx. 15 min. / Degree of difficulty: simple
  • Pour warm water over the pasta, let it steep for approx. 15 minutes (or cook according to the instructions on the package) until it is cooked through, but not too soft, and then drain.
  • Cut the chicken into small pieces, boil in salted water and drain.
  • Put some oil in a hot wok or pan, fry the beaten egg briefly and stir, then add the onion and continue frying for a short time.
  • Add the carrot strips and leek and fry briefly. Then fry the noodles, season with salt, sugar and the dark soy sauce, mix well and continue to fry.
  • Add the meat and bean sprouts and mix in briefly in the heat. Mix in a little pepper and a little sesame oil (approx. 1/2 - 1 teaspoon) and serve.
