  • 4 Pcs Eggs
  • 1 Pr Salt pepper
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 600 gr Chicken breast fillet
  • 500 gr Shrimp
  1. Cut the meat into strips. Mix with soy sauce, sambal oelek, salt, grated ginger to taste, pressed garlic and the cornstarch to form a thick marinade. Let the meat steep in it for at least 30 minutes. Clean and set aside the carrots and leek, break open the eggs, whisk and season with salt and pepper.
