Chinese Fried Noodles with Mince and Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Oil

Hack

  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 Spring onions fresh
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 75 ml Soy sauce
  • 200 g Mie noodles

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs with the mich, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Brush a pan with a little oil, add the egg-milk mixture and let it set, do not brown.
  • Turn the omelette over and bake briefly --- remove, cut into strips and keep warm.

Hack

  • Fry the minced meat vigorously in a pan with hot oil, turning it frequently.
  • Peel the onion and garlic into cubes, cut the peeled carrots into sticks and cut the cleaned spring onions and chili into rings.
  • Now add everything to the mince, fry briefly and season with salt and pepper.
  • Deglaze with the broth and soy sauce, bring to the boil and simmer with the lid on for about 5 minutes.
  • In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, rinse, drain and then add to the mince.
  • Season everything again with salt and pepper.

Serving

  • Arrange the fried noodles on a plate, sprinkle with omelette strips and some spring onion greens and then enjoy
