Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of vegetables (Asian vegetables), frozen, approx. 500 g
- 500 g minced beef
- 6 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- spring onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Shrimp(s), peeled
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Brown the minced meat in a wok until crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetable mixture (still unthawed) and cook until all the water has evaporated. Reduce heat. Add the sauces and spices and stir briefly. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with spring onions. If you like, you can add extra fried shrimp. Serve with basmati rice or rice noodles.
