Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 burger buns
  • 8 minute steak(s) of beef
  • 8 slices of processed cheese (Chester)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 250 g shrimp(s), frozen
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 8 lettuce leaves, e.g. iceberg lettuce
  • 4 tsp ketchup
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Thaw the shrimp. Peel the garlic cloves and press them through a press. Slice the onion and tomatoes, and wash the lettuce leaves. Heat a little oil in two pans. In one, fry the garlic and add the shrimp. In the other, fry the minute steaks. Season the shrimp and steaks with salt and pepper. Halve the burger buns and toast or briefly bake them. Meanwhile, mix together the ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and cayenne pepper. Now briefly place the cheese on the steaks and let it melt. Finally, top the burgers with everything and enjoy. Tip: You can also serve them with some fries if you like.
