Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 450 g low-fat curd cheese, 0.2% fat
  • 300 g oat bran
  • 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder
  • 4 tbsp flaxseed
  • 4 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 150 g carrot(s)
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Simply mix all the ingredients and pour into a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Then bake at 180°C for about 75 minutes. Baking a healthy and delicious loaf is that easy. If desired, the bread can be sprinkled with various seeds such as poppy seeds, oat flakes, sunflower seeds, or hemp seeds, and the entire loaf can be cut crosswise about 1 cm deep. Tip: To check if the bread is baked through, simply pierce it with a wooden skewer; no dough should remain on the wood. I use organic products for the bread.
