Chinese Noodle Pot

The perfect chinese noodle pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Prepare tagliatelle-according to instructions + drain

Sauce:

  • 600 g Chicken breast wash + dice
  • 2 Freshly peel the onions + roughly dice
  • 1 pole Clean, wash + chop the leek
  • 1 Can Drain whole mushrooms + cut in half
  • 2 liter Water
  • 1 Glass Drain the bamboo shoots
  • 4 small Wash, peel and roughly grate the carrots
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chinese spice mix
  • 1 tbsp Granulated chicken broth
  • Soy sauce
  • Sauce binders
  • Some plant cream
  1. In a saucepan in the heated fat, fry the meat all around, add onions, leeks and mushrooms and continue to fry everything.
  2. Deglaze with water, add the sprouts, carrots and spices, simmer for 10 minutes, season well with soy sauce and thicken.
  3. Then stir in the noodles and serve.
