Chinese Noodle Pot
The perfect chinese noodle pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Prepare tagliatelle-according to instructions + drain
Sauce:
- 600 g Chicken breast wash + dice
- 2 Freshly peel the onions + roughly dice
- 1 pole Clean, wash + chop the leek
- 1 Can Drain whole mushrooms + cut in half
- 2 liter Water
- 1 Glass Drain the bamboo shoots
- 4 small Wash, peel and roughly grate the carrots
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Chinese spice mix
- 1 tbsp Granulated chicken broth
- Soy sauce
- Sauce binders
- Some plant cream
- In a saucepan in the heated fat, fry the meat all around, add onions, leeks and mushrooms and continue to fry everything.
- Deglaze with water, add the sprouts, carrots and spices, simmer for 10 minutes, season well with soy sauce and thicken.
- Then stir in the noodles and serve.
