Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Prepare tagliatelle-according to instructions + drain

Sauce:

  • 600 g Chicken breast wash + dice
  • 2 Freshly peel the onions + roughly dice
  • 1 Clean, wash + chop the leek
  • 1 can Drain whole mushrooms + cut in half
  • 2 L Water
  • 1 glass Drain the bamboo shoots
  • 4 small Wash, peel and roughly grate the carrots
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chinese spice mix
  • 1 tbsp Granulated chicken broth
  • Soy sauce
  • Sauce binders
  • Some plant cream

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan in the heated fat, fry the meat all around, add onions, leeks and mushrooms and continue to fry everything.
  • Deglaze with water, add the sprouts, carrots and spices, simmer for 10 minutes, season well with soy sauce and thicken.
  • Then stir in the noodles and serve.
