Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
- salt water
- 200 g cooked ham, diced
- 1 can of bean sprouts or similar
- 2 tbsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
- 6 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 stalk(s) leeks, very finely chopped
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp lemon(s)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and let it drain. Mix the cooked pasta with all the ingredients, add salt to taste, and let it sit for a few hours.
