Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- salt water
- 250 g Austrian mountain cheese, diced
- 200 g meat sausage (Lyoner), diced
- 1 can peas
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- salt and pepper
- e.g. balsamic vinegar

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, drain the vegetables and toss them in a large bowl. Roughly dice the cheese and Lyoner sausage and toss them with the cooked pasta and vegetables. For the dressing, combine the sour cream, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and natural yogurt. Pour over the pasta, toss everything together, and divide among plates.
