Chinese noodle salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 500 g pepper(s), paprika mix
  • 1 tbsp spice mix (Asian spice)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Break the spaghetti in half three times and cook in salted water until tender. Drain the pasta and rinse. Chop the vegetables and toss with the cooked spaghetti. Season the salad with sugar, lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, salt, and Asian seasoning, and toss the salad thoroughly.
