Chinese Noodles with Prawns
The perfect chinese noodles with prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Shrimp frozen
- 220 g Chinese wheat noodles
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 Spring onions fresh
- 2 Piri piri chili pepper
- 1 tbsp Food starch
- 2 cl Sherry
- Fish sauce
- Soy sauce light
- 100 ml Broth
- 1 teaspoon Chinese spice mix
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek
- Peel and roughly grate the carrot, clean and dice the garlic, clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Cut the piri peppers into fine rings. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Let the shrimp thaw, wash and pat dry … remove the intestines if necessary, then mix with the cornstarch. Heat the oil in the wok and fry the prawns in it, remove and set aside.
- Gradually add the vegetables to the wok and fry them, then deglaze with sherry and stock, simmer briefly. Put the prawns and noodles in the wok and heat everything together again, then season to taste with the fish and soy sauce and the spice mixture.
