Pork Tenderloin from Oven
The perfect pork tenderloin from oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 10 Pork filets
- 10 Discs Bacon
- 500 g Mixed hack
- 4 size Tomatoes
- 2 P. Mozzarella
- 1 pole Leek
- 500 g Mushrooms
- 75 g Diced bacon
- 300 ml Cream
- 300 g Sour cream
- 125 ml White wine
- 1 Can Tomato pieces with juice
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 200 g Grated Emmental
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar
- Salt and pepper each medallion, wrap a slice of bacon and place in a casserole dish that has been brushed with oil.
- Salt and pepper the mince and place approx. 50 g of each mixture on a medallion, with a slice of tomato and mozzarella on top.
- Leave the bacon in a pan and sauté the chopped leek and the mushrooms cut into small pieces, then drape them around the medallions.
- Mix the cream, sour cream, white wine and pieces of tomato with juice and oregano and also spread around the loin.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° for about 40 – 45 minutes.
- Goes well with: pasta, boiled potatoes and a salad.
