Chinese Pork Neck Steak Marinated with Soy Sauce
The perfect chinese pork neck steak marinated with soy sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 disc Pork neck steak, pork neck steak
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce light
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Peanut oil
- Marinate the steak with soy sauce on both sides, leave to cool in a closed container for at least 2 hours.
- Drain the meat and fry well on both sides in a coated pan with oil until it is through. Season with salt and pepper.
- This goes well with rice, Chinese noodles, and even potato salad! Marinating makes the meat very tender and soft.
