Chinese Pork Neck Steak Marinated with Soy Sauce

The perfect chinese pork neck steak marinated with soy sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 disc Pork neck steak, pork neck steak
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce light
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Peanut oil
  1. Marinate the steak with soy sauce on both sides, leave to cool in a closed container for at least 2 hours.
  2. Drain the meat and fry well on both sides in a coated pan with oil until it is through. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. This goes well with rice, Chinese noodles, and even potato salad! Marinating makes the meat very tender and soft.
