Chinese Scrambled Egg Burger
The perfect chinese scrambled egg burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Chicken Egg Gr. L-XL
- 1 disc Salami, cut into small pieces
- 1 disc Cheese, e.g. Edam, Maasdam, Emmental, chopped into small pieces
- 1 tsp Sweet chili sauce, Asia sauce
- 1 Stalk Spring onion stalk, cut diagonally
- Chive rolls
- Soy sauce light, 1 dash
- Chilli flakes, a few pinches
- Turmeric spice, some pinches
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 1 Pc. Roll = bread roll, roll or toast
- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Fry in a small, non-stick pan WITHOUT oil. When the egg has shrunk a bit, turn it and finish cooking. Place in a bread roll or between 2 slices of toast and serve. The Chinese scrambled eggs can of course also simply be served on a plate with Asian dishes.
- If you have 2 people, simply cook double the amount, but half of each in 2 pans so that you get the small pan for the bread roll.
- I have to admit, the dish is not necessarily stylish, but we liked it.
